Prompt Technical Support: We offer a prompt email or phone-based support service which gives your Java team access to the core developers of the YAWL system.  They provide comprehensive advice on the technical aspects of YAWL's interfaces its APIs, and its core system architecture.

Training Services

For Business Analysts: Our BPM trainers are able to equip your BPM team with essential knowledge regarding YAWL, BPM, and the Workflow Patterns.   We can deliver one, or two day induction courses into YAWL.  Our tuition is customised to meet your organisational needs and preferences, and give your staff one to one contact and tuition to a team of professional trainers.

For Technical Staff: Our YAWL-system trainers can offer your J2EE team the necessary insights into the design and architecture of the YAWL system, so that they, using Java, will be able to (1) integrate YAWL with Web services, (2) connect a YAWL engine with in-house backend applications, (3) connect YAWL with a message bus, and (4) develop plug-ins for the YAWL engine. 

Consultative Services
